01 What makes Pmegle different
Three things that change, one that does not
You are matched with women. Omegle matched anyone with anyone, which in practice meant a long run of empty chairs and webcams pointed at ceilings. On Pmegle every match is a woman who is online on the platform at that moment, with her name, flag and language on the card.
The call is private. There is no public room and no spectators. A 1-on-1 video call runs between the two of you in a browser window; nobody can join, watch or read along. The 1-on-1 video call page describes the controls you have before, during and after.
Report and block are on the screen. Omegle had a moderation page and little else. On Pmegle both buttons sit inside the call, moderation acts on every report, and a blocked person never reaches you again. The safety page lists what that covers.

- Press the start button. The browser asks for the camera and microphone once. No sign-up is needed to begin, and nothing is downloaded.
- A woman appears. Her card shows name, country and language. The video connects in the same window.
- Talk, or move on. One tap ends the call and finds the next match. Favourite her if you want to find her again later.
New visitors get free matches. Longer video calls are paid by the minute with coins, and the price is shown before anything is charged; text chat with a match is free.

What you can do, and what we store
Inside every call you can end it, report the person, or block her so she never appears again. Reports go to a moderation team that acts on each one. The platform is for adults only.
Pmegle does not record your camera feed. What is stored for an account (email, purchases, chat history if you sign in) is listed in the privacy policy; the safety page covers scams, what not to share, and how reports are handled.
